The client was looking for a modern and open space where staff could come and work in a vibrant and functional environment. In addition, they felt it was important to take advantage of a stunning view of the River Itchen.

University of Southampton Science Park

The requirement the client set out detailed how the working space provided should be unique, aspirational and stimulating driven by flair and efficiency of design providing an unforgettable experience for both transient and passive workers.

Fortus

Fortus recently contacted Foursquare Workspace with a view to fitting out their Southampton office with brand new furniture in order to modernise their workplace and allow their workforce to return to the office.

Commercial Dining Area

Having previously worked with the client on a different site – where we boosted employee wellbeing and attendance levels by making the canteen a more welcoming and warm place for staff to enjoy – we were delighted to be contacted again to see how we would approach another existing canteen; which was dated, used plain colours and traditional furniture.

Imperial House

The team at Foursquare Workspace have built a strong relationship with Imperial Car Supermarkets over the years. Having previously worked on their 14 showrooms across the UK, we were delighted when the Directors approached us to discuss plans for their new two-storey, 16,000 sq ft Head Office in the Botleigh Grange Campus in Hedge End – our most exciting project to date!

Foundation House

Connect It Utility Services, a multi-utility service provider based in the South of England, approached Foursquare Workspace with a view to kitting out their new warehouse and office after outgrowing their existing premises in just two years. The unit they had selected needed careful planning to allow for future expansion and departmentalisation.

Office Breakout Area

After building a long-term relationship with this Southampton-based client and undertaking the fit out of their commercial canteen earlier in the year, Foursquare Workspace were recently contacted again to see if we could develop a new breakout area for employees.

Wessex Resins

Wessex Resins and Adhesives, a epoxy product manufacturer based in Romsey, contacted us because they were looking to transform their existing tired looking office into a modern space to work.

Social Distancing Project

Foursquare Workspace were approached by Ordnance Survey, a long term client, to develop a plan alongside their Facilities Team to enable their full workforce to return to work. As it was shut throughout the COVID-19 Lockdown, their office was not adequately prepared for the new social distancing measures.

Pub Garden

We’ve been working with this Southampton-based client to transform various areas of their office in a bid to enhance the wellbeing of their employees. As part of this project, we took an area of unused, tired car park and created an inviting pub garden for the company to use during breaks.

Fun Room

Our Southampton-based client wanted to create a space where staff could relax, apply make-up, sit and read or play video games during their breaks.

Commercial Kitchen

After deciding to invest in their offices to make them a more welcoming place to work, the Southampton-based client approached Foursquare Workspace to see how we could help transform one of the areas at the top of their list.

After launching their new brand, the client tasked Foursquare Workspace with providing and delivering a fresh industrial loft appearance.

PEI-Genesis (Workspace)
