1. Why does office design matter?

2. Fit out or relocate?
Firstly, consider what your plans are for the future. Will you be expanding? Could your location be a restriction? We’ll help you to determine answers to these questions to weigh up the pros and cons between fitting out your existing space or relocating.
A simple redesign or refresh can go a long way in maximising the potential of your existing space and you may be shocked to see how it can be optimised.

4. How long will it take?
Timescales will be based on the size and complexity of your project and will be agreed prior to work commencing. We’ll ensure our work is completed and delivered on time, with as little disruption caused to the day-to-day running of your business as possible.
5. Will I need to manage the project?
Our project managers are experienced in delivering every detail of the fit out process on your behalf. You can choose to have as much or as little involvement as you like.
6. Is it possible to finance an office fit out?
Yes! Our leasing service allows you to spread the cost of parts of your project over a 2-5 year period with fixed monthly repayments.

7. Will I need a feasibility study?
Before you set out on your fit out journey, it’s important to determine the financial, practical and environmental viability of your project. That’s where feasibility studies come in.
We’ll get to know your business, your employees, your brand and culture, helping us to evaluate what is required to deliver an effective solution. During this time, you’ll receive design proposals and full costing evaluations, meaning you won’t be left with any expensive surprises at the end!
8. What is the difference between Cat A & Cat B office fit out?
Category A refers to a basic landlord fit out. Think of it as your blank canvas - everything from suspended ceilings to electrical services are included to create a fresh new space.
Category B is when your blank canvas is brought to life. You can tailor your design to bring your vision to reality. That can include the installation of everything your workspace needs, including equipment, furniture or kitchen areas, for example.
