During this process we will evaluate headcount, the number of workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen/breakout area facilities and IT solutions required.
With all the facts in hand, we will then work closely with a network of property agents to seek out potential spaces and locations that tick all the right boxes.
Our feasibility study may even point out that relocation isn’t required. Instead, a refurbishment of your existing workplace could be the answer.
Once a space has been agreed, to help you visualise your completed workspace, we’ll provide 2D and 3D visuals together with mood boards displaying potential fabrics, textures, finishes and product images.
Throughout the project, we guarantee a transparent approach to make sure that you are aware of all the costs during the process. You won’t be left with any costly surprises at the end!
